The Giving Back Committee

The Giving Back Committee

With a long history serving the caring members of the healthcare industry, TopStitch Scrubs believes in giving to those that give to others. Our employee-run charitable team, The Giving Back Committee, was formed from that same belief.

Our committee consists of employees from all company divisions to make sure all voices are represented. We meet monthly to discuss organizations and causes that we’d like to support, as well as those recommended by other employees who aren’t on the committee. We reach out to these organizations to learn about their mission, those they serve, and what type of initiatives they are seeking support for. We then thoughtfully select recipients to ensure our donations will make a meaningful, impactful difference.

To date, we have supported numerous organizations and individuals, both local and national, who embody the idea of giving back to others:

Barco NightingalesSM Foundation

Toys for Tots
The mission of the Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas. Our company elves banded together to buy and deliver 5 car loads of toys to the Belmar firehouse in Lakewood, CO for Toys for Tots. Over a dozen employees went shopping and 6 of them delivered them to the firehouse, just in time for Santa to pick them up. We are continuing this tradition annually.
