To begin a return request, please visit your Account's order page and click the return button for the order you want to return items for. Alternatively you may look up your order using the order# and an email you used (account email, shipping email, or billing email) by using the return order lookup, and then submit a return.
Please email email@example.com for a return authorization number before sending your items back. If a return authorization number is not issued, we cannot accept your return. Please mark the outside of the container clearly with the RA number and ship it to:
